Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@fluidprintworks.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Products
All custom, engraved, printed, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

- Hybrid cards
- Laser-engraved products
- UV-printed products
- Personalized designs
Customer-submitted designs, content, specifications, spelling, layout choices, and aesthetic preferences are the customer’s responsibility and are not grounds for return, refund, or replacement.
Customer-Provided Materials & Submission Deadline
Certain orders require customers to mail in their original card or other materials. Once a prepaid shipping label is issued, customers are responsible for shipping their materials within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If required materials are not received within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned, production will not begin, no refund will be issued, and any prepaid shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fluid Print Works is not responsible for delays, loss, or failure to send customer-provided materials.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fluidprintworks.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order after the original item is received.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
