However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our return policy for custom stickers, custom decals, and custom apparel below:
- Customized Products:
1.1 Custom Stickers and Custom Decals:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom stickers and custom decals, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If your custom stickers or decals arrive with defects or damage, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require photos or other documentation to assess the issue, and if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for errors in the design or content provided by the customer, including typographical errors, incorrect color choices, or design layout.
1.2 Custom Apparel:
- Custom apparel, including items with custom designs or personalized text, are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
- If your custom apparel arrives with defects or damage, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to verify the issue, and if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for errors in the design, size, or fit that result from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
- Non-Customized Products:
- For non-customized products (e.g., pre-designed stickers, non-personalized decals, standard apparel), our general return policy applies. Please refer to our website's standard return policy for more information.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return or report a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order via email: sales@fluidprintworks.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation or photos.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions, including return shipping arrangements, if applicable.
- Return Eligibility and Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by our error.
- Refunds and Replacements:
