Commission Sales Rep Agreement

Thank you for your interest in representing Fluid Print Works and promoting our premium custom metal credit cards. Please read this agreement carefully.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with no base pay, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.

You will receive 30% Commission on each sale you personally close.

Your Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for finding your own leads, promoting products, and closing sales.

No leads, training, or marketing materials are provided by Fluid Print Works.

Representation Guidelines

You must accurately represent your role as an independent sales representative.

• You may not create any new social media accounts, business pages, groups, or profiles using the Fluid Print Works name, logos, or branding.
• You may only promote Fluid Print Works using your personal social media accounts, personal email, text messages, and word-of-mouth.
• You may not run paid advertising (such as Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or Google ads) using the Fluid Print Works name, product names, or trademarks.
• You may not present yourself as an employee, manager, or official company representative. Your role is as an independent sales representative only.
• If you wish to create any promotional materials or dedicated pages, you must request and receive written approval from Fluid Print Works before publishing.

Tracking & NFC Card

You will receive a custom NFC card linked to your name and rep ID.

Customers receive a nominal discount, and your sales are tracked for monthly commission payouts.

Sales Incentive

After you complete your first verified sale, you will be eligible to receive one free customized metal credit card, including the retrieval kit and full personalization. This incentive allows you to experience the product firsthand and use it in your demonstrations.

Time Commitment

No required hours or minimum quotas. You may work at your own pace.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By participating as a sales representative, you agree to keep all non-public information strictly confidential. This includes but is not limited to customer lists, pricing, designs, marketing strategies, and any other proprietary information shared with you.

You agree not to share, disclose, or use this information for any purpose other than representing Fluid Print Works as an independent sales representative.

This obligation of confidentiality continues for two (2) years after your sales relationship with Fluid Print Works ends. Any violation may result in termination of your agreement and legal action.
